1 General Information

Bem88 (referred to herein as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. Through our website bem88.click, you can enjoy a wide range of services including Sports Betting, lottery, casino games, and more.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bem88 and its members. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

2 Account Registration

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed and any bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.

• An active mobile number is required at the time of registration.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• After registration, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC).

Bem88 reserves the right to reject any registration application, including without providing a reason. A national ID, passport, or other valid document may be requested for identity verification.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or use any service on bem88. This is one of our strictest policies, and no exceptions will be made.

The following individuals are not permitted to use bem88:

• Individuals under the age of 18.
• Anyone whose account has been previously closed by bem88.
• Individuals who have voluntarily agreed to self-exclude from online gaming.
• Bem88 officers, employees, and their immediate family members.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bem88 currently supports deposits via multiple mobile banking methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500.
• Maximum Deposit: A maximum limit applies per transaction — see the payments page for details.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 3–30 minutes.
• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the original deposit.

Bem88 is committed to preventing money laundering. We reserve the right to verify or suspend any account where suspicious transactions are identified.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bem88 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on your first deposit only. Each member is eligible for this bonus once.
• Reload Bonus: Applicable on redeposits on specific days or events.
• Free Bet: Free bets are available under specific conditions. Winnings from free bets are not directly withdrawable.
• Loyalty Points: Earn points through regular betting and convert them into bonuses later.

The standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 10–30x the bonus amount. Specific terms for each bonus are listed in the bonus section. bem88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting Rules

Bem88 offers a variety of betting options, including Sports Betting, live betting, lottery, and casino games. Each category is governed by its own set of rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds may change at any time — the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If your internet connection is lost during live betting, the last confirmed bet will be considered valid.
• Winnings from bets linked to suspected match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.

Bem88 monitors all betting activity and reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns detected.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bem88 platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of abusing bonus offers.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bem88's systems.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bem88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious or unusual betting activity is detected.
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.
• At the user's own request.

You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance (excluding bonuses) before the account is closed. However, your balance may be held during an ongoing investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Right to Modify & Miscellaneous

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please request account closure.

• If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
